Program Coordinator
This position will:
Coordinate center activities, oversee case management, care coordination in North County Office and Mariposa Heritage House.
Provide direct supervision and work closely with the Drug Court team, collect data and prepare concise reports.
This is a full-time, 40-hours per week, salaried position. $5,373 per month with benefits.
Drug Court / Case Manager
This position will:
Link participants with resources
Coordinate and ensure continuity of care for the client and provide advocacy and open-communication among the Drug Court multi-disciplinary team.
Will take on additional tasks that go beyond the ‘traditional “service broker” role and will work in partnership with Court, SUD treatment providers, Probation, Peer Counselors and other providers in and outside of Mariposa County.
Carry out it’s duties in Mariposa and North County.
This is a full-time, 40-hours per week position. $19.31-$20.58 per hour with benefits
Drug Court /Recovery Coach Mentor
This position will:
Mentor Recovery Coaches, foster interest in Recovery Coaching, support all pathways to recovery and facilitate the Recovery Coach Academy.
Work to create recovery connections within our community and support drug-court participants in North County and with transportation.
Support and host Sober social events in and around Mariposa, including North County (Greeley Hill, Coulterville, Don Pedro and Hornitos) and will carry out its’ duties in Mariposa and North County.
This is a full-time, 40-hours per week position. $19.31-$20.58 per hour with benefits
