Mariposa Heritage House is offering a “Tenant Education Workshop” to help current and potential tenants understand and manage aspects of being responsible tenants. Participants will learn the skills and attitudes needed to help maintain housing, how to work through difficult situations, navigate resources, and address barriers that prevent individuals from being successful tenants.
These workshops comprise 7 sessions held over 4 weeks. At the end of successful completion, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion as well as a “letter of recommendation” to potential landlords, describing their involvement in this workshop and achieved objectives.
